I work as a PTA and have been one for 2 years in an outpatient clinic in Kissimmee, Florida. I work under 2 PT’s but I do not trust their judgment on certain things and whenever it comes to anything with my health and functional performance, I am VERY picky. So I did my research and decided to come check out Swish for a knee pain I’ve been dealing with for a few weeks now. I came in thinking it was one thing, but with his thorough assessment, we realized there was a lot of other things going on! I know I’m not broken and it feels good to be reassured that I am not, per Dr. Melendez's words haha but I am excited to really finally work on myself through the lens of another professional in the same field as me. Thank you Dr. Melendez for still using the holistic approach as many therapists now a days do not!

As I prepare for the 2024 Olympics, working with SWISH and Dr. Kevin have been key in proper recovery - something that can often be ignored. I’ve noticed I’m able to push my body to a new threshold now that I am giving it the care it needs to perform at its best! Whether it’s rehabbing an injury, recovery or injury prevention, SWISH has an incredible combo of knowledge and tools.

This facility was one of the best physical therapy clinics I have seen. When I was evaluated by Dr. Kevin, he provided knowledgeable and clear guidance for me to improve my performance as an athlete. To do this, he used tools and techniques designed to show real-time data as I was doing movements. Overall, his techniques allowed him to diagnose accurately and quickly which gave me the opportunity to start treatment right away. I look forward to going back to see Dr. Kevin not to only to improve my performance but to even do an ice plunge!

Kevin was super friendly & helpful in our physical therapy evaluation. You can tell he really loves his job with the amount of effort he puts in to getting to know you and what he could do to help. Will definitely come back with the tips and advice he’s given me to better my performance in the gym and avoid injuries in the future!
